Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/Barista for our Williams Landing store who is team-oriented, fast-paced, and has a passion for customer service.

Applicants will be experienced Baristas and will work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in the store.

Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

- Assistingwith the oversight and supervising day-to-day operations \n
- Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications. \n
- Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products \n
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and being an exceptional role model for your team \n
- Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store \n
- Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies \n

Baristas who apply should be able to...

- Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings \n
- Have experience making all types of espresso coffee \n
- Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art \n
- Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine \n
- Supervise daily operations and large teams \n
- Work autonomously and as part of a team \n
- Have excellent presentation and customer service \n
