Curlewis Golf Club is officially the fastest growing golf club in Australiaand featuringThe Range @Curlewis which offers an epic experience on all levels! 18 bay indoor/outdoor state-of-the-art Driving Range, a cool two tiered MiniGolf course,X Golf Simulator, all day Dining as well as Functions and Conference facilities.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking a fun, vibrant, organised and hard-working Front of House Assistant Manager specifically for Dining @ The Range and Functions @ The Range who will perfectly complement our unique, hip venue.

\n

The successful applicant must be an experienced team player with a passion for people, events and excellent service, have strong organisational skills with amazing attention to detail and be capable of juggling a number of tasks at any given time. We are all about Hip Green Fun!

All about the role: \n

• Assist with the planning and management of all aspects of the front of house operation
\n
• Create strong relationships with our customers by providing memorable experiences
\n
• Lead by example in active floor duties
\n
• Team training and development
\n
• Maintain excellent standards and cost control measures
\n
• Work collaboratively with our talented kitchen team
\n
• Identify and address opportunities and trends that would enhance the existing product and business offering
\n
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety
\n

• a passion for event management

• strong work ethic with a passion to create unique and memorable dining experiences

• demonstrated operational experience in restaurant service as well as functions and events
\n
• ability to support the Operations Manager to effectively control beverage and wage costs and maximise revenue opportunities
\n
• proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of hospitality superstars
\n
• an outgoing personality and sense of humour
\n
• a true passion for hospitality
\n
• flexible availability including weekends and public holidays as required
\n
• Current RSA certificate
\n
