Veolia is looking for a Senior Asset Condition Assessment Officer to manage the condition assessment program at the Gold Coast Desalination Plant. Working across engineering, maintenance and operations, you'll identify asset risks, coordinate assessments and help shape decisions that support the plant's long term reliability.

This is a varied role combining site based assessments, planning, technical reporting, contractor coordination and improvement projects.

What you'll do

• Manage and deliver the asset condition assessment program
• Plan, schedule and record assessment activities through the CMMS
• Coordinate work packages with engineering, maintenance and operational teams
• Review internal and external assessment reports and challenge findings where required
• Identify asset risks and recommend practical engineering and maintenance solutions
• Develop scopes of work and coordinate specialist contractors
• Improve condition assessment methods and maintenance management systems
• Support site electrical and high voltage activities, including annual shutdown maintenance
• Prepare clear condition assessment reports for key stakeholders

What you'll bring

• A relevant trade qualification and current driver's licence
• Experience working within safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Strong planning, communication and problem solving skills
