Casual Mental Health Support Worker - 1:1 Community Living

Life Without Barriers in Broome is seeking a Casual Mental Health Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a person with a mental health diagnosis under the IC LS program, with shifts across Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm to help access local services and support recovery.

Successful candidates will have previous experience working 1:1 with people with mental illness or psychosocial disability, strong communication skills, and confidence in working independently within the community.
