At the rear of the venue, Il Baretto merges the charm of a classic pub with the elegance of Italian dining, offering patrons a unique and inviting atmosphere and a place to enjoy great food & company.

With the SCG and ANZ Stadium just around the corner, the Paddo is perfect venue for our patrons to enjoy pre-game drinks, live match viewing, or post-game celebrations and regular activations to accommodate our locals.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll be a hands-on member of the team who loves creating great experiences for locals and patrons.

You’ll work alongside the team across all areas of the venue, assist patrons and help keep each shift running smoothly. You’ll also support with opening and closing the venue, cash handling and maintaining service and compliance standards.

At Paddo Inn, you’ll join a passionate, diverse and close-knit team who live and breathe hospitality. You’ll be supported by an experienced management team and have opportunities to build your skills and grow your hospitality career.

Previous experience in a busy pub, bar or hospitality venue, along with a current RSA and RCG, will help you hit the ground running.
