Customer Service Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our expanding Customer Service Team and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Answering incoming and outbound calls to customers, service providers, and retailers
• Logging in and allocating warranty repairs, spare parts, and sales orders
• Following up on allocated warranty repairs and providing timely updates
• Documenting and managing store credit follow-ups for the Customer Returns Department to help improve service quality

About you:

• Confident and comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls every day in a fast-paced environment while accurately entering warranty information
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Positive personality, professional phone manner, and team spirit
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a phone-based role is preferred but not essential
• Experience with troubleshooting or a background in AV/WG warranty repairs is desirable (training provided)
• SAP experience preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
