Are you an experienced Positive Behaviour Support manager who dreams of running your own operational business unit without the red tape that gets in the way of great client outcomes? This is an extremely unique opportunity that you should be getting very excited about.

Sirv has developed an entirely new service delivery model, partnering with highly skilled managers who want to run their own operations and be directly rewarded for their efforts. This opportunity is available across all locations in Australia - regional or city - so you can leverage the networks you've spent years building.

The Model \n

Our Model allows suitably qualified Managers to join asPractice Managersand earn 30% of the business unit's bottom line. Sirv has developed an entirely new service delivery model, partnering with highly skilled managers who want to run their own operations and be directly rewarded for their efforts. This opportunity is available across all locations in Australia - regional or city - so you can leverage the networks you've spent years building.

Your Role \n

Your role will be the same as your current role, plus full autonomy to build and grow an amazing PBS business.

\n

To be successful as a Positive Behaviour Support Manager, you will require the following experience:

\n

    \n
  • Minimum 3 years - working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)
    • \n
  • Business Development experience - Ability to confidently meet with industry stakeholders and government departments to demonstrate your capability and be trusted to support a young person in need.
    • \n
  • Recruitment - Recruit and build a practitioner team that meets the needs and requirements of your participant.
    • \n
  • Serve - "Sirv" your Participant and Support Staff with empathy and passion.
    • \n
  • Laugh - love, laugh, and support your fellow Sirv team to help everyone be the very best they can be.
    • \n

Rewards & Remuneration \n

  • $90,000 base + super + $8,000 car allowance
    • \n
  • 30% profit share on your business unit's bottom line, paid quarterly and annually
    • \n
  • Year 1 OTE: $120,000–$200,000. Year 2+: $200,000–$300,000+
    • \n
  • Dedicated business coach and mentor
    • \n
  • Full back office, corporate service, quality and compliance team
    • \n
  • Full work from home
    • \n

Prerequisite \n

We want to be the best, not the biggest - which means we need the best operators. To be considered you must have:

\n

    \n
  • Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
    • \n
  • Significant experience supervising and mentoring other PBS practitioners
    • \n
  • Experience reviewing and approving behaviour support plans written by others
    • \n
  • Built robust networks, and managedoperations within a youth services business.
    • \n
  • Built and managed teamsand demonstratedleadershipqualities.
    • \n
  • Passionateabout children and youth outcomes.
    • \n
