• Weekdays from $40.85 per hour | Saturdays from $49.25 per hour
• Set roster, Monday to Friday | Closed Sundays and Public Holidays

The Facial Hub is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to take ownership of the floor at our Ascot studio.

We’re looking for someone who loves a busy salon, takes genuine pride in creating an exceptional client experience, and knows how to keep a team supported, the diary full and the day running seamlessly.

You won’t be walking into a blank canvas. Our systems are established, our standards are high and our clients are loyal. Your role is to lead from the floor, keep things running beautifully and make sure our team and clients feel looked after.

About The Facial Hub

The Facial Hub is a boutique facial studio in Ascot specialising in sculpting-focused treatments and long-term skin health.

We’re a small, close-knit and busy team with a loyal client base who have been coming to us for years.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that skin reflects the whole system, and not simply what’s happening on the surface. We combine Western precision with Eastern influence, with signature treatments incorporating sculpting facial techniques, sauna and cold plunge, and advanced skin support.

It’s considered, results-focused beauty, delivered in a warm and welcoming environment.

About the Role

As Salon Manager, you’ll be the person making sure the salon operates at its best every day.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the roster and ensuring every open day is appropriately covered.
• Keeping the diary strong through rebooking, client retention and filling appointment gaps.
• Leading the day-to-day floor operations and keeping the team on track.
• Handling client concerns and complaints calmly, professionally and with care.
• Onboarding and training new team members.
• Managing stock counts, ordering, suppliers and retail presentation.
• Opening and closing the salon.
• Supporting team KPIs and maintaining our high standards.
• Following, maintaining and continuously upholding our established systems.

The systems are already there. We’re looking for someone who can confidently step in, take ownership and make them work exceptionally well.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll ideally have:

• A recognised beauty therapy qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a busy salon and team.
• Strong roster management and labour-cost awareness.
• Confidence managing a busy appointment book and driving rebooking.
• A calm, considered approach to client complaints and difficult conversations.
• Experience onboarding, training and supporting team members.
• Strong organisational and systems skills.
• Confidence using salon software and technology.
• A proactive, hands-on management style.
• Flexibility to provide team cover when required, including the occasional Saturday when the Assistant Manager is away.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes ownership. You see what needs doing, you communicate clearly and you care about getting the details right.
