Ecosystem Lead - IBM & Snowflake

This is a permanent full-time Senior Consultant opportunity in Melbourne or Sydney for someone who enjoys bringing structure, momentum and commercial focus to strategic alliance work.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll support the day-to-day coordination of Deloitte's IBM and Snowflake alliance activity, helping keep plans, priorities and stakeholders aligned. That includes maintaining action plans, supporting planning processes, coordinating engagement schedules, and making sure key initiatives and deliverables continue to move.

Another important part of the role is pipeline and opportunity support across both ecosystems. Working with Alliance Leads, Growth Platform stakeholders, Industry teams and Business Units, you'll help connect opportunities to the right teams, coordinate inputs for strategic pursuits, and track progress through reporting and status updates.

The role also gives you exposure to market activation and ecosystem collaboration. You'll support campaigns, events and go-to-market activity, work with Brand & Marketing and Growth stakeholders to lift alliance visibility and help the firm engage more effectively with alliance partners as priorities evolve.

About the team

You'll be part of Deloitte's Growth business, where alliance ecosystems, market activation and strategic opportunity creation come together to help the firm grow in priority areas. The team works across Business Units, industries and strategic partners to coordinate activity that strengthens client opportunities, supports differentiated go-to-market efforts, and builds momentum in important technology ecosystems. Within that, IBM and Snowflake are strategic alliances with broad relevance across the firm.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• Experience in alliance management, sales support, business development, marketing or another growth-related environment

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving across different stakeholders

• Experience supporting pipeline development, strategic pursuits or opportunity tracking

• Confidence working across a matrix structure and building productive relationships with a broad range of teams

• Strong planning and execution capability, with attention to detail and follow-through

• Good commercial awareness and an interest in how alliance activity contributes to growth outcomes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear updates and coordinate information

• Exposure to technology alliances, ecosystem partnerships, IBM or Snowflake would be valuable
