Lead a team that cares deeply about neurological rehabilitation

At Klint, we help people living with neurological conditions work towards goals that matter to them. We’re looking for an experienced neurological physiotherapist to lead and support our Forest Hill clinical team while maintaining a rewarding adult neurological caseload.

The role combines complex clinical work with hands‑on supervision, mentoring and day‑to‑day clinical leadership. Whether you’re a senior neurological physiotherapist ready to step into leadership or an experienced Clinical Lead, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

You’ll provide clinical oversight and support to physiotherapists and allied health assistants at Forest Hill. You’ll also assess and treat adults with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, spinal cord injury, Functional Neurological Disorder and other complex neurological presentations.

Your work will include:

  • Delivering evidence-informed rehabilitation in our clinic and in the community.
  • Supporting clinicians with complex cases, clinical reasoning and care planning.
  • Providing supervision, mentoring, practical teaching and feedback.
  • Working with our intake team on referral suitability, caseload allocation and access to care.
  • Supporting safe practice, clinical documentation and continuity of care.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Opportunity to be involved as a senior clinician in our in-house Botox clinic for spasticity, dystonia and saliva management collaboration with rehabilitation physician

The role balances a clinical caseload with dedicated time to support, supervise and mentor the Forest Hill team.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist.
  • Significant experience in neurological rehabilitation, disability or related services.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working with complex presentations.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring or coaching clinicians and allied health staff.
  • Clear communication, sound judgement and strong organisational skills.
  • A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits.

Experience with NDIS services, student supervision or equipment prescription will be highly regarded.
