Wishbone is the newest concept from Lucas Collective, the group behind some of Australia’s most iconic restaurants, bringing the energy of Hong Kong’s street food culture and neighbourhood diners to Melbourne’s CBD.

About The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Head Host to join our opening team. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery, and work with talented and passionate hospitality professionals.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Head Host in a premium venue
• Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
