Job Description

Rigbee Group Pty Ltd trading as Harrybilt Engineering & Welding Services is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Diesel Mechanics to join their team in Wendouree VIC. Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

• Diagnose any problems with the vehicles or machinery by using scanning tools and computers
• Maintain, test and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems and Hydraulic systems on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment
• Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment
• Undertake inspections, assessments and maintenance on Vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment

Skills & Abilities:

• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified Diesel Mechanic
• Logical and clear thinker
• Excellent problem solver
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

• A Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology /Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or relevant
