About My Guardian

My Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care service provider delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care. As we continue to grow rapidly, we remain committed to empowering individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

The role will be full-time, on-site at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.

About the role:

If you have experience managing complex caseloads, navigating strict compliance, and supporting individuals with health conditions or disabilities, your skills are far more valuable than you think. Whether your background is in employment services, disability support, social work, or human services, you already know how to triage daily crises and support people facing real barriers. At My Guardian, we value your empathy, your organisation, and your ability to coordinate care that changes lives. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and families, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused support experience.

  • Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling in full adherence to the SCHADS Award to ensure all shifts are effectively covered and services run smoothly.

  • Triage and action a high volume of inbound calls and emails efficiently, serving as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries.

  • Assist with NDIS and aged care program coordination, including service delivery, budget reviews, and compliance.

  • Coordinate client-related services and resources, including maintenance, clinical products, and other support needs.

  • Contribute to smooth office operations, including stakeholder communication, record management, and general administration.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring nature

  • High level of organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently
  • Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly

  • Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar)
