We’re looking for a reliable and organised Key Account Manager to join the CNW Gladstone Team.

In this fast paced role, you will

  • - Manage key customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
  • - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • - Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery
  • - Prepare quotes and sales documentation
  • - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues
  • - Utilise sales tools (e.g. MPro, BRP, Customer Margin Report) for data analysis
  • - Track sales activities and report on KPIs (e.g. sales, margin, DIFOT)
  • - Review and manage DIFOT reports and processes
  • - Leverage product knowledge to support customer purchasing decisions
  • - Monitor market trends and share competitive insights
  • - Engage with the CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities
  • - Maintain strong website knowledge for online sales support
  • - Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve technical expertise
