The Opportunity \n

You'll become a critical part of the customer journey, ensuring customers, consumers, distributors and sales teams receive the support, service and attention that has become synonymous with the Cobra PUMA Golf brand. Working across customer support, order management, warranty administration and operational coordination, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Deliver exceptional service through phone, email and digital channels
\n
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide solution-focused support
\n
• Process customer orders and manage orderbook accuracy
\n
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure successful order fulfilment
\n
• Manage warranty claims, returns, repairs and credits
\n
• Support inventory visibility and stock allocation activities
\n
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer information
\n
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and other business functions
\n
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence programs
\n

To Be Successful You'll Bring \n

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or a similar customer-focused role

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
\n
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP or similar platforms
\n
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
\n
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising qualityA collaborative approach and desire to contribute to team success
\n
• Experience within sporting goods, retail, wholesale or consumer products will be highly regarded but is not essential.
