Job Description

As a Disability Support Worker, working within Learning Day Program & Community Access, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. You'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support - and about each other.

What we're looking for

• A caring, patient and respectful approach
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
\n
• Availability to work a range of casual shifts at the learning and lifestyle program
\n
• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required
\n

You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

\n

\n
• Working with Children Check
\n
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
\n
• First Aid & CPR Certification
\n
• National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
\n
