\n Salary: $40.00 - $45.00/hr (HC) | $37.00 - $40.00/hr (HR) + Penalty Rates + Super
\n Roster: 5:00-6:00 am starts - 10-12 hour days (no weekend work)

Duties & Responsibilities Safe operation of HC Side loader and HR Rigid Tilt Tray vehicles across the metropolitan area; efficient loading, unloading, and securing of containers and machinery in a safe and compliant manner; providing excellent 5-star customer service to all clients; maintaining strong knowledge of Sydney roads to meet schedules; keeping vehicles clean, tidy, and well-maintained daily; and working collaboratively with team members while adhering strictly to safe work practices.

What We Are Looking For:
\n
Valid HC or HR Driver Licence with driving experience
\n
Valid White Card and MSIC (or a genuine willingness to obtain both upon hire)
\n
Strong local knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan road network
\n
Excellent presentation, self-motivation, clear communication skills, and a strong customer-first attitude
\n
Side loader experience is preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right HC candidate!
