\n Location: Sydney CBD with hybrid and flexible working options.
\n Employment: Ongoing or Temporary
\n Salary Range: Up to $146,977. Package includes salary ($116,981 - $129,492), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

The Role

\n

The Senior Advisor, Organisational Capability partners with leaders and stakeholders to design, implement, deliver and evaluate contemporary learning and capability initiatives that build and support organisational performance. The role provides specialist advice on learning design, capability development, learning systems and performance development, ensuring learning solutions align with organisational priorities and strategic workforce capability requirements.

About you

\n

You will bring experience in designing, delivering and evaluating organisational development and learning initiatives. You be experienced in instructional design and facilitation and confidently use data and evidence to develop practical solutions. You will be effective in building and establishing relationships with diverse audiences at all levels of an organisation.
