The Role \n

This position plays a key role in delivering high-precision machined components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Duties \n

\n
• Program and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
\n
• Machine components to tight tolerances and quality requirements
\n
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
\n
• Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
\n
• Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes
\n
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of precision and consistency
\n

About You \n

\n
• Trade qualified
\n
• Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment
\n
• Proven experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills
\n
• Strong commitment to HSEQ and team performance
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to commit to a full-time position
\n
• High attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Strong team player
\n
• Forklift licence
\n

Highly Regarded \n

\n
• Experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
\n
• CAD/CAM experience (e.g. Fusion)
\n
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Fagor controllers
\n
