About the role

\n

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing Team on a short-term contract, supporting the delivery of ongoing marketing campaigns across our three jewellery brands.

\n

Working from our Summer Hill Support Office, you'll collaborate closely with our existing in-house Graphic Designers and broader Marketing Team to produce high-quality creative assets across digital, e-commerce, social media and print channels.

\n

This is a hands‐on, production-focused role suited to a designer who is confident working across multiple brands, adapting existing creative concepts and delivering polished artwork across a variety of marketing platforms.

While traditional graphic design will form the core of your responsibilities, experience in animation, motion graphics and video editing will be highly regarded, providing an opportunity to bring additional creative capabilities to our team.

\n

You'll be comfortable managing multiple briefs, working to deadlines and maintaining brand consistency across all creative output.

What will you do?

\n

• Work collaboratively with our existing in-house Graphic Designers and Marketing Team to deliver creative assets across ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
\n
• Design and produce digital marketing assets, including website banners, social media content, paid digital advertisements, shopping centre advertising and EDMs.
\n
• Adapt and roll out approved campaign concepts across multiple formats, platforms and specifications.
\n
• Create and finalise print‐ready artwork for in‐store point of sale, promotional materials and other retail marketing requirements.
\n
• Resize, retouch and prepare product imagery and creative assets for digital and print applications.
\n
• Where skills and experience allow, support the creation of animated content, motion graphics and video assets for digital marketing channels.
\n
• Ensure all creative output follows the individual brand identity guidelines for Prouds The Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark.
\n
• Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, prioritising requests and meeting production deadlines.
\n
• Review and quality‐check all artwork, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, promotional messaging and technical specifications before submission.
\n
• Maintain organised working files and ensure final artwork is supplied in the correct formats and specifications.

What skills and experience do you need?

Essential skills and experience

\n

• A minimum of two years' professional graphic design experience, ideally within retail, e‐commerce or a fast‐paced in‐house marketing environment.
\n
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
\n
• Demonstrated experience producing both digital marketing assets and print‐ready artwork.
\n
• A sound understanding of pre‐press processes, print specifications and artwork production.
\n
• Experience creating EDM graphics, website assets, social media content and digital advertisements.
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate, high‐quality work under tight deadlines.
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and shifting priorities.
\n
• A commercial approach to design, balancing creative execution with brand consistency and marketing objectives.
\n
• Confidence working collaboratively with other designers and the broader Marketing Team, while taking ownership of individual briefs.
\n
• The ability to quickly familiarise yourself with existing brand guidelines, campaign assets and internal processes.

\n

• Experience in animation, motion graphics and video editing, including proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
\n
• Experience creating animated and video content for social media, digital advertising and other online platforms.
\n
• Previous experience within jewellery, fashion, beauty or other consumer retail categories.
\n
