Created by globally respected architect Robin Gibson, our new par 72, 18-hole Championship Course will be situated within a beautifully landscaped parkland precinct, inspired by some of the finest courses in North America and the UK. Make no mistake, what’s coming is a landmark in every sense of the word. It’s a course that rewards thoughtful play and invites golfers to return again and again.

Scheduled to open in Summer 2026/27, it will offer a visually stunning and challenging experience, and we’re now looking for experienced retail sales assistants to join our Golf Shop team!
What you can expect in a day in the role: \n
In this customer-facing role, you’ll help create a welcoming and memorable Golf Shop experience for every guest, this will include:

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service in the new Golf Shop \n
- Assisting with customer enquiries, product information, golf check-in and tee-time bookings \n
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately across retail, golf and grab-and-go purchases \n
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and a well-stocked, clean, organised and welcoming shop environment \n
- Identify opportunities to promote relevant products, services and upcoming golf activities \n
- Support smooth customer flow during busy periods and escalates complex enquiries when needed. \n
What you’ll bring to the role: \n
- \n
- You’ll bring a customer first approach, reliability and the confidence to work across retail, service and golf-related enquiries \n
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or another customer-facing service environment \n
- Experience using point-of-sale systems and processing customer transactions accurately \n
- Experience maintaining merchandise displays, stock levels or the presentation of a customer service area \n
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customer service. \n
- Previous experience in a golf shop, golf club, driving range, sporting venue or similar leisure environment would be highly regarded. \n

- Tasmanian recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) \n
\n
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.

Group Assessment will take place on October 16th, 2026, with a range of morning or evening session available. If selected to attend an interview, more information will be provided prior to this date.
