The Opportunity
\n
MinRes are seeking experienced Ancillary Operators to join a tight-knit crew at our Mt Marion Lithium Operation, where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter. You'll work a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth (2 weeks on, 1 week off), with meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

To Be Successful, You Will Have
\n
- \n
- A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role \n
- A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence \n
- Solid machine operating experience across 3 or more of the following, in a production mining environment: Dump Trucks (785 or larger, electric experience highly advantageous), Rock Breaker (30T +), Grader (16M or larger), Loader (992 or larger). \n
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance \n
- The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening \n
- Unrestricted Australian work rights \n

About Mt Marion
\n
Located 70 kilometres by road south-west of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region, Mt Marion is one of MinRes' hard rock lithium mine sites. As a core pillar of our Lithium business, Mt Marion is rapidly growing. This includes a significant expansion of our operations and village accommodation with over 580 rooms at present.
