We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Civil Labourer to help keep the community moving—literally. From roads to drainage, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining essential infrastructure.

💡 What’s in it for you?

💰 $36/hr + Super

⏰ Early starts, early finishes (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

📅 Monday to Friday – no weekends!

🌴 9-day fortnight (yes, that’s a long weekend every second week)

📍 Work close to home in Marsden

🔄 Ongoing full-time casual role with pathway to permanency

🔨 What you’ll be doing:

• Formwork and concreting (footpaths, kerbs, gutters, pits)
• Bitumen repairs and road restoration
• Pipe laying and backfilling
• Setting up traffic control and maintaining safe, tidy worksites

🎯 What we’re looking for

• White Card (essential)
• MR Truck Licence or higher ( not essential, but is highly desirable)
• Experience in civil or road construction
• A solid work ethic and team-first attitude
