The business has an established Employment Taxes offering, with a small specialist team and existing client relationships. With significant investment being made in the Australian business, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the practice and shape its next phase. The firm is an established global tax specialist with an ambitious Australian strategy and a differentiated specialist offering. Be part of the early stage build out of an exciting new market entrant. The successful candidate will have the backing of an international platform, alongside the autonomy and seniority to shape the Australian Employment Taxes practice.

About the Role

Australia | Partner / Practice Leadership Opportunity. The National Head of Employment Taxes will be responsible for the leadership and development of the practice nationally.

Responsibilities

- Setting the strategic direction for Employment Taxes \n
- Developing existing client relationships and originating new business \n
- Leading, developing and expanding the specialist team \n
- Strengthening the firm's market proposition and profile \n
- Working collaboratively across the wider tax business to identify opportunities \n
- Contributing to the broader Australian leadership agenda \n

The role offers considerable autonomy to shape the practice, including its client proposition, team structure and future areas of investment.

The appointment will suit an established Employment Taxes Partner or senior leader with a strong reputation in the Australian market and the commercial capability to lead a specialist practice.

- A proven track record in business development and client origination \n
