About the role \n
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our team in Tuggerah on a full-time basis . This role is pivotal to our business, as you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending high-quality aftermarket products and services that enhance their vehicle ownership experience. As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you will play a key part in driving sales revenue, building customer loyalty, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within our dealership. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive environment where your sales expertise and product knowledge will directly impact our business success.
Key responsibilities \n
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences and budget constraints
\n
Recommend appropriate aftermarket products including accessories, upgrades, maintenance services and protection packages
\n
Prepare quotes and proposals for customers with detailed pricing and product specifications
\n
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining detailed customer records
\n
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals
\n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
\n
Stay current with product inventory, features, benefits and pricing across the aftermarket range
\n
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
\n
Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements in all sales activities
\n
Participate in product training sessions to expand product knowledge and sales capabilities
What we're looking for \n
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry or aftermarket sector
\n
Strong understanding of vehicle types, features and aftermarket products available in the market
\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
\n
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities
\n
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
\n
Proficiency with customer relationship management systems and point-of-sale software
\n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing customer transactions
\n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
\n
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
\n
