Position Description
Reporting to the Project Finance Administrator, the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist in collating the invoices
  • Sending reminders to clients
  • Basic invoices
  • Reconciliations of shared services inputs
  • Consolidate incorrect / unallocated remittances
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to the Project Finance Administrator
  • Assist in spreadsheet checks and finalising


Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / collections role, as well as the following attributes:

  • High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
