Hands-On Residential Care Team Leader

Junction Support Services is seeking a Team Manager – Care Services to lead a residential care home in Wodonga. You’ll supervise Residential Care Workers, ensure safe, trauma-informed care and coordinate with Case Managers to deliver consistent outcomes for young people.

The role blends hands-on leadership with day-to-day house operations, risk management and policy compliance, including direct care when required.
