Responsibilities include:

  • Running a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions, ensuring matters are delivered efficiently and commercially.

  • Preparing, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of property-related agreements and legal documentation.
  • Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on significant transactions while taking ownership of client matters.
  • Developing trusted client relationships and contributing to the delivery of practical, commercial legal advice.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial property law.
  • Demonstrated experience advising on a range of property transactions within private practice.
  • Strong understanding of the NSW property framework and electronic conveyancing processes.

  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Familiarity with PEXA is preferred, and experience in property-related disputes will be viewed favourably.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to further develop their career within a supportive and high-performing team, offering quality work, genuine career progression, ongoing mentoring and exposure to sophisticated clients and complex transactions.
