What you'll do:
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to menu standards
Supporting smooth kitchen operations in fast-paced environments
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Assisting with stock rotation, inventory checks, and ordering
Delivering consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
What you'll have:
Experience across a variety of kitchen sections (such as breakfast, butchery, seafood, poultry, pastry, salads, canapés, sauces, stocks, etc.)
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is highly recommended (but not essential)
A strong work ethic, reliability, and confidence working in different venues
