Kitchen staff - 50s Diner

Someone who loves to cook or enjoys working in a customer-focused environment?

Two vacancies have recently opened up to join our kitchen team - if you have these qualities, then we want to hear from you at the Cruizin Diner in Deniliquin, NSW!

Key Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries

Work Schedule

Shifts are in a single block with a short break – no split shifts!

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or retail customer service is not required but would be highly regarded
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive pay rates
• Higher rates of pay for evening shifts - over $40/hr for Mon-Fri evening shift
• Up to 4-5 days per week regular work. The number of hours per week will depend on the successful applicants
• Opportunity for traineeships and career development

Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or hold an existing Visa with work entitlements, and be residing within commuting distance (e.g. 70-80km) of Deniliquin NSW or be willing to move.
