This role is focused on developing and executing internal and external communication strategies that enhance brand consistency and employee engagement. You will craft compelling messages, manage communication channels, and ensure a clear, cohesive brand voice across all platforms. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a remote work environment and is adept at managing diverse communication needs from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and draft internal and external communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and company announcements.
  • Support the implementation of communication plans and campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage corporate social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
  • Assist in organizing virtual company events and webinars to foster employee connection and information sharing.
  • Monitor media and social media trends, providing insights and recommendations for communication strategies.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or public relations.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using communication platforms, content management systems, and social media tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
