Job description

Join a close-knit financial planning team supporting advisers with quality advice preparation, research and technical analysis.

You’ll help shape tailored strategies across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, insurance and wealth creation.

  • Analyse client data, file notes and financial statements
  • Partner with advisers to develop tailored financial strategies
  • Prepare SOA's, ROA's, review documents and calculations
  • Build financial models, projections and advice calculations
  • Assist with portfolio construction and asset allocation
  • Complete insurance needs analysis and obtain quotes
  • Liaise with clients, providers and advisers
  • Track implementation tasks and follow up outstanding items

About the role

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a financial planning business
  • Completed or studying relevant degree
  • Experience writing advice documents - SOA's and ROA's
  • Strong knowledge of super, investments, tax implications, retirement planning and insurance
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsStrong Excel and financial planning software capability
