Senior Project Manager - Cyber Security

Overview

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to secure an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of high-impact cyber security initiatives. This is a critical role focused on driving multiple concurrent projects across a complex technology environment.

About the Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across several cyber security programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple concurrent cyber security projects from initiation through to completion


• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across a complex portfolio


• Engage with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, and business functions


• Coordinate cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and external vendors


• Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level updates


• Ensure alignment with cyber security frameworks, compliance, and best practices


• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering cyber security projects in enterprise environments


• Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously


• Experience across areas such as identity & access management, network security, cloud security, or security uplift programs


• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels


• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capability


• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001) highly regarded
