An exciting opportunity exists as Cluster Manager within our Parramatta boutique. You will be a passionate and driven retail manager dedicated to leading your stores to achieve and maximise sales results and motivating and inspiring your sales teams to their full potential.
The role manages all boutique / concession operations across several boutiques and concessions, including the boutique / concession team to achieve financial and branding objectives by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the achievement of sales, stock and shrinkage targets and maintaining visual merchandising and communication standards.
The successful candidate will have :
- Passion and love for all things Mimco
- Previous management experience
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales results
- Work cooperatively as a team
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- An eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
