Job descriptionLead enterprise‑wide financial reporting, board deliverables, and audit preparedness. Oversee shared service functions including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and revenue assurance. Manage treasury operations : liquidity, FX exposure, covenant monitoring, and banking relationships. Strengthen financial governance across asset valuation, insurance frameworks, and enterprise risk. Partner with the CFO to deliver finance transformation and systems integration. Provide commercial insights to support capital deployment, pricing strategy, and contract structuring. CA / CPA qualified with proven leadership in complex financial environments. Strong technical foundation from Big 4 or mid‑tier audit, with deep accounting and tax expertise. Demonstrated success in asset‑heavy sectors such as infrastructure, transport, energy, or industrial services. Skilled in cash flow forecasting, FX management, and financial controls. Advanced capability in Excel and ERP platforms (Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights, Power BI highly regarded). A leadership style that blends strategic foresight with hands‑on execution.
