• Lead your crew members and support them in providing exceptional guest service and value for money.
• Provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel‑good customer experiences through every interaction.
• Maintain the store and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business.

Do you have what it takes to join our crew?

Chargrill Charlie’s Front of House Managers are reliable, determined and responsible. Prior leadership team experience is required for this role, as you’ll need to be able to lead and delegate tasks to others, whilst also being empathetic with regards to guest complaints and other requirements. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with proficiency in Microsoft Office will both prove highly helpful.
