Job Description

Randstad is currently working with a public sector client to find a SAP Asset Data Analyst on a 12 Month Contract with potential of extension. This role is based in Brisbane CBD with WFH flexibility. Role: SAP Asset Data Analyst Client: Public Sector Contract Length: 12 Months with potential of extension Location: Brisbane CBD with WFH flexibility Pay Rate: Open market rates Role Overview: Join an active Asset Management team dedicated to delivering high-impact SAP and asset information activities across key operational areas .

Key Responsibilities

  • In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in improving asset data quality, providing end-user coaching, and enabling evidence-based decision-making across the organisation .
  • Support asset data capture, processing SAP transactions, and maintaining complete asset records .
  • Validate asset information, reconcile data, and resolve data quality and system issues .
  • Provide end-user guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to build SAP capability across operational asset areas .
  • Contribute to SAP/S/4HANA benefits realisation, improving the accuracy and reliability of asset information .
  • Collaborate closely with Asset Systems and Data teams to support asset planning and performance monitoring .

Key Requirements

  • Practical experience using SAP or SAP/S/4HANA within an asset management, maintenance, or asset information environment .
  • Demonstrated experience in asset information management, asset data collection, data maintenance, and data validation .
  • Proven ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP, process, and data-related defects .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills with high attention to detail .
  • Experience working with field, technical, and business stakeholders, explaining SAP processes to users with varying system knowledge .
  • You must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights to be considered.
