About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Wholesale team and keep Key Account customer orders moving.
You’ll play a key role in managing orders, stock and delivery timelines, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and external partners to ensure customer orders arrive accurately, in full and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing wholesale sales order entry and maintenance, ensuring orders are accurate and up to date.
- Planning and coordinating order fulfilment from production through to customer delivery, ensuring customer requirements and delivery timeframes are met.
- Proactively tracking individual SKUs, stock movements and shipments, identifying potential delays and taking action to keep orders on track.
- Working closely with Warehouse, Logistics and courier teams to coordinate the release and delivery of orders from the main distribution centre, ensuring they arrive within customer timeframes and requirements.
- Investigating and resolving order, delivery and returns issues, including short shipments and missing or delayed stock, and coordinating relevant debits and credits.
- Preparing reports, seasonal visual assets and product information to support sales planning and order management.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Buyers, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, to communicate requirements, manage timelines and keep orders progressing.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, dispatch processes and working with courier suppliers preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, with fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
