Our multidisciplinary team delivers Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Remedial Massage and other allied health services across multiple locations.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing team. We welcome applications from new graduates through to experienced clinicians and can tailor the role, caseload and professional development opportunities to your experience, interests and career goals.
You’ll work with a diverse client base across our Sawtell/Toormina and Coffs Harbour clinics, with opportunities to develop your skills across musculoskeletal rehabilitation and other areas of clinical interest.
For experienced Physiotherapists, we’re keen to hear about the areas you’d like to develop or bring to our team. For new graduates, we provide a structured graduate program with extensive mentoring, education and support as you transition into private practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans for clients with a range of musculoskeletal and/or neurological conditions.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Contribute to our collaborative team culture and ongoing clinical education.
About You
- A qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration.
- A new graduate or an experienced clinician looking for your next opportunity.
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Interested in continuing to develop your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborative, flexible and keen to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

- Hold a current driver’s licence.
