You’lljoin a fast-growing international fintech focused on flexible funding for SMEs. The business launched in Australia, has expanded across APAC and Europe, and has funded more than $5B in loans.

What You’ll Do

• Process loan disbursements and make sure funding matches contract terms and bank statement records.
• Build reporting and automate repetitive finance workflows using Python or similar tools, while still staying hands-on with day-to-day operational processing.
• Review and reconcile customer refunds, repayment activations, andpayment-plansetups.
• Manage the loan lifecycle from activation through payment setup and settlement support.
• Run weekly and monthly commission processing, including internal verification of calculations before payments go out.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks across multiple systems, resolve discrepancies, and help protect data integrity.

Whowe'relooking for

Must-Haves:

• Around 1 to 3 years of experience in finance operations, funding operations, or accounting operations, with at least 1 year in a hands-on operational role.
• Practical experience across payment or funding operations such as disbursements, refunds, commission processing, loan operations, or complex reconciliations across systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, complex formulas, and report building.
• Hands-on Python or similar scripting experience used to automate repetitive workflows in a finance or funding operations environment.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Experience in lending, financial services, or another transaction-heavy finance environment.
• Exposure to SME lending or non-bank lending operations.
• Experience working in high-volume, deadline-led processing environments with multiple livepaymentor reconciliation streams.
• Salesforce experience, or experience with a comparable financial or operational system.
