Pine4pple2.0 Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Stonemason to join our team in Yatala, QLD.

This full-time role is crucial in supporting and delivering high-quality stone masonry work.

As a Stonemason, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and installing various types of stone, mainly for the installation of stone benchtops, splash backs, and others.

What you'll be doing

• Interpreting plans and technical drawings to determine the required stone work
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and finishing stone materials to precise specification
• Installing stone elements such as benchtops, splash backs fireplaces, barbeques
• Ensuring the quality and safety of all stone masonry work
• Collaborating with installation teams to coordinate the stone masonry process
• Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard

What we're looking for

• Formal training or qualification in stonemasonry, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• A trade certificate in stonemasonry is required
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Skilled in the use of specialised tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and installing stone
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role

Annual salary $80.000-$84,000.00
