High Reach Forklift Operator | Voice Picker | Western Suburbs, Melbourne

Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator or Voice Picker looking for your next opportunity? We’re currently seeking reliable and skilled forklift drivers and voice pickers to join one of Australia’s leading retail supply chains located in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

What you will be doing:

• Voice Picking:Use the latest voice-pick tech to smash your targets
• Tugger Operation:Drive electronic pallet transporters like a pro
• Stacking & Palletising:Keep those pallets tight, tidy, and ready to roll
• Manual Handling (up to 20kg):Perfect for those who like to stay fit on the job
• Operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced facility
• Loading/unloading pallets, replenishment, putaways, and stock rotation

About you:

• Valid LF forklift licence and Tugger experience
• Minimum 6–12 months experience operating high reach forklifts
• Voice picking experiencea big plus
• Previous experience in FMCG warehousing (highly regarded)
• Availableat least 5 days a week– Mon-Fri
• Great eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused – always
• Willing to pick upextra shifts(including Public Holidays)
