Paire - Assistant Store Manager

Paire is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail team at The Galeries in Sydney. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong teams, and is genuinely committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store — from team leadership and operations to visual merchandising and achieving sales targets. You’ll play a key role in representing the Paire brand and bringing our in-store experience to life.
