About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Solve large-scale, complex patient safety problems through recognised expertise and high-level interpretation of existing health service systems.
- Establish and sustain strategic partnerships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders using expert level negotiation and influence to set and align to state-wide and national policy and practice standards.
- Apply advanced leadership and management skills to facilitate strategic development of consensus policy across professional, specialist and institutional boundaries.
- Demonstrate advanced communication skills commensurate to the seniority of stakeholders (executive directors, service directors) to achieve target outcomes.
