About the Role

• Fixed-term (Leave Replacement): Full year, Terms 1–4 (2027)
• Commencement: Term 1, 2027
• Year Levels: Prep to Year 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning experiences aligned with Melbourne Girls Grammar curriculum frameworks.
• Foster students' literacy and numeracy development while supporting their social and emotional wellbeing.
• Create safe, inclusive and collaborative learning environments that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and work collaboratively within the Junior Years team.
• Integrate digital technologies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
• Uphold Melbourne Girls Grammar's Child Safety policies and practices at all times.

About You:

• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, or be eligible to obtain registration.
• A strong understanding of curriculum requirements and contemporary teaching practices.
• The ability to build meaningful and respectful relationships with students, colleagues and families.
• A commitment to innovative, student-centred teaching and learning approaches.
• A collaborative and creative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and positive student outcomes.
