Flexible work options and a strong focus on employee wellbeing support a balanced and rewarding career.The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:Demonstrated ability to undertake high level contractual drafting.Demonstrated ability to provide high level legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters and the capacity to apply that advice to the health portfolio, particularly in the areas of health, medical research, employment, joint appointments, funding agreements and lease arrangements.Demonstrated ability to effectively consult and communicate with clients, including highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.Role requirementsPossess a degree in Law and admission or eligibility for immediate admission to practice as a solicitor or barrister in the Supreme Court of Queensland and enrolment or eligibility for enrolment, to practice in the High Court of Australia.Please refer to the Role Description for further details.Competitive salary and benefits:We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.Salary range: $5531.60 - $5936.50 p.f.
