Endorsed Enrolled Nurse/Enrolled Nurse
Pearl Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Geelong, VIC. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to balance your professional commitments with your personal life. As an Enrolled Nurse in our aged care services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in their homes and community settings. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional aged care support that enhances the quality of life for our clients whilst maintaining their independence and dignity.
Key responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to aged care clients, including personal care, medication administration, and wound management- as required
Monitor and report on client health status, identifying changes that require medical attention
Maintain accurate and timely client health records and documentation in compliance with aged care regulations
Collaborate with registered nurses, care coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and carers to ensure they understand care provisions and address their concerns
Support clients with chronic disease management and health promotion activities
Maintain infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety standards
Respond compassionately to clients' emotional and social needs
Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to provide seamless care delivery
What we're looking for
Current Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board (ANMB) registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated experience in aged care or community nursing settings
Strong knowledge of aged care practices, standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families
Proficiency in clinical assessment, wound care, and medication administration
Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgements within your scope of practice
Physical fitness and ability to provide hands‑on care and support mobility assistance
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional ethics
Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
Immunisation records current as per aged care requirements

Primarily office‑based in Geelong, with community client visits both for Geelong and Ballarat.
Exposure to both the Geelong and Ballarat regions.
Support and clinical oversight from a Registered Nurse.
Opportunity for an EN to build experience in community and home care.
About You:
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN).
Minimum 2 year of nursing experience.
Good clinical assessment and nursing skills.
Community, home care or aged care experience is highly desirable.
Able to complete client assessments, care plans and clinical reviews.
Able to recognise changes in a client's condition and escalate concerns to the RN when required.
Understands EN scope of practice and works under appropriate RN clinical oversight.
Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
Able to prioritise workload and meet documentation timeframes.
Accurate and confident with clinical documentation and progress notes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of the clinical and office team.
Reliable, professional and compassionate.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between Geelong and Ballarat as required.
