We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Agents who are passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

About the role

As a Sales Agent at Hockingstuart Real Estate, you’ll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:

  • Generating leads through door-knocking, cold calling, and networking

  • Building relationships with buyers and sellers

  • Hosting property inspections and open homes

  • Conducting auctions and negotiation processes

  • Coordinating contract signings and transaction management

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targets

  • A minimum qualification of an Agent’s Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice

  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)

  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset

  • Genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to a long-term career in the industry
