Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in the field of service engineering. As an entry-level Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site and remote technical assistance to our customers in Australia, the Pacific Ocean, and New Zealand, covering installation and maintenance of our cutting-edge systems and products.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and set up systems and equipment.
Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues remotely or on-site.
Maintain accurate records by documenting system configurations, upgrades, and repairs.
Provide ongoing on-site and remote support to our customers.
Offer additional services to our valued partners and keep the good relationships with them.
Requirements
Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills or relevant engineering or experience background.
Fundamental computer and networking knowledge.
Mechanical aptitude.
A valid driver's license and a car for transportation to the office.
Willingness and ability to travel. (Average zero to two on-site per month)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Location: Primarily at our Sydney headquarters and customer sites across Australia.
This Job Is: Ideal for candidates entering the workforce or those returning with limited experience and education.
Open to applicants without a university diploma. TAFE certificates in electronic/electrical/mechanical areas are welcome.
Opportunities for annual review and potential promotion after a probationary period, and each year. (Please notice that the salary starting point is 55,000~60,000 + Super, after one-year, it will be 65,000 or 68,000. Yearly Salary will be adjusted according to the Gov policy and CPI adjustment. Every two years will be reviewed and increased.)
Compensated leave hours for interstate service works and a commission allowance for each service travel.
Initially not a remote position, but potential for remote work after demonstrating exceptional performance. (Usually 1 day WFH per week if you perform well after one-year. Possibly 3 days fortnightly after 2.5~3 years work for us.)
Preferably, the candidate should be a PR or Citizen, or hold the partner visa, or those who hold a valid working visa for over 3 years or are on the pathway to permanent residency, as our training procedure usually takes 6 months to around or over 1 year.
