About the role
You'll learn how to help customers find the right way to own their new car. Working alongside experienced sales and finance teams, we'll teach you finance, insurance and protection products from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to build a career in automotive finance and insurance with the support and training to help you develop into a high-performing dealership Business Manager.
Employment type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Saturday trading, with structured RDO’s during the month
What you'll do
Learn our finance, insurance and protection products inside out.
Provide suitable insurance and protection products.
Develop skills in automotive finance application and loan structuring.
Prepare applications, contracts and paperwork accurately and on time.
Work side by side with the sales team throughout the customer purchase process.
Ensure compliance and responsible lending requirements.
Follow up with customers after delivery and stay in touch, building strong relationships with customers & referral partners.
Track your results and report to the General Sales Manager.
What you'll bring
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking or lending, finance or insurance or property sales, retail or commission-based sales environments. Car industry experience is a bonus, not a must.
Clear, friendly communication with confidence speaking with customers.
A sharp eye for detail. Paperwork matters in this role.
Confidence with numbers and computers.
Good organisation and reliability, motivated by achieving results.
Keen to learn and quick to pick up new systems.
